Explosive Nokia batteries - BL-5C

There had been news sometime of explosive Li-Ion batteries in the market. And they had started exploding with Dell systems at first and then Nokia handsets.. The pictures shown here are those of my dad's 6230i battery before he threw them away..they are BL-5Cs...
